How do I cancel an order on vandanastore.com?
Due to any reason, if you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at support@vandanastore.com with your order number.
In case you would like to cancel the order after it is dispatched, then you have to bear the shipping charges and you can cancel it.
Note: Personalized product orders cannot be cancelled / refunded once the order is processed but it can be exchange if there is any issue with product.
Return Policy:
We offer easy and hassle-free exchange or returns for NON-Personalized products. The same needs to be conveyed to our team within 24 hours of receiving the package. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition (please read below conditions).
Condition 1: If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
Return is not applicable for bulk or corporate orders.
Condition 2: If you received the item then please make a recording of its unboxing to make sure you received it in good condition. In case product is not in good condition or defective condition then capture it in recording and share on our WhatsApp number 8929577480 or email us on support@vandanastore.com and contact with team and we will exchange it.
Condition 3: If product is in good condition and still you want to return the item after receiving the product and its original packaging, and in saleable condition then you need to bear the shipping cost and we will refund within 7 working days after deducting the shipping cost.
Certain products (socks, hoodie, eye masks etc.) where personal hygiene is a part of the product use case are not applicable for return. For such products, this note is mentioned directly on the product page.
Our team takes the utmost care with respect to the quality of each product and tries to ensure that the item reaches you safely. However, we understand that sometimes fragile items are damaged during transit. In such cases, reach out to us within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

Refund Policy:
In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made within 7 working days back to the same payment source used to pay for the order. In case of COD orders, customers’ bank account details would be required and the refund would be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Alternatively, refunds can also be done via PayTM.
